How do I set up the MCP connection?

Make a key for the agent in your settings. Then drop our npm package into the agent set-up: Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, or any MCP client that can run a local server. The agent then gets the tools your plan and your key allow.

What are the API rate limits?

Standard ($99/mo) includes limited read access plus safe basic-action tools at 10 calls/hour. Growth ($199/mo) includes read/write tools, diagnosis/status reads, and 3 notification channels at 100 calls/hour. Scale ($499/mo) raises the limit to 1,000 calls/hour and unlimited channels. Enterprise plans have custom limits.

Can the agent modify inventory or send POs?

Standard keys are limited to read tools and safe basic actions. Growth and Scale write-capable keys can create draft POs, trigger syncs, acknowledge alerts, add action notes, and set stock at manual locations when those tool groups are granted. A PO can be sent only after approval. The MCP surface does not let agents change Shopify or Amazon listings or pricing. All actions are logged in your audit trail.

Does it work with non-MCP agents?

Yes. The same endpoints are available via REST API. If your agent can make HTTP requests with a Bearer token, it can query ReplenishRadar. MCP-compatible agents get the best experience with tool discovery built in.
