ReplenishRadar vs Fabrikatör: Amazon Support
Quick Verdict
Choose ReplenishRadar if Amazon is a real channel. Shopify and Amazon link natively, we plan them as one demand number, and we make the FBA inbound plan in Amazon from the same plan (Growth and up). Fabrikatör lists Amazon as on request. Choose Fabrikatör if you sell on Shopify and want a planning app priced by revenue. It starts at $79 a month, billed $950 yearly, under $500K, with unlimited SKUs and users (fabrikator.io, checked November 3, 2026).
The short version. Fabrikatör is stock planning software for Shopify brands, built in Germany. Some people write it Fabrikator, like its fabrikator.io web address. It forecasts demand, makes purchase orders, handles backorders and plans freight. ReplenishRadar does the forecast and purchase order work for Shopify and Amazon together. We add the FBA shipment plan. If you sell on Shopify only, both are fair picks, and the choice comes down to whether you need backorders and freight or an FBA shipment plan. If Amazon is a real second channel, the native link decides it.
What Fabrikatör does
This section comes from Fabrikatör's own site, read on November 3, 2026 (fabrikator.io). Its headline is "Inventory Planning for E-commerce." It promises to restock on time and improve cash flow. It lists:
- Forecasts and restocking, with purchase orders made in a click.
- Reports and custom analytics.
- Backorders, to "prevent revenue loss and build transparent communication with customers."
- A freight planner, and a new Fabrikatör MCP.
- Several warehouses managed together.
It links to Shopify, Shopify Plus, Amazon (on request) and Klaviyo. It says setup takes minutes, with a 30-minute call if you want one. It says it fits stores with more than 50 SKUs and at least 6 months of order history.
What it costs
Price depends on yearly revenue. The page shows one tier. It is $79 a month, billed $950 yearly, for $0 to $500K in revenue. It has unlimited SKUs and users, bundle planning and demand forecasts. Backorders cost $0.75 per order extra. The page does not show higher tiers, so we do not list them. A free trial is on the Shopify App Store.
ReplenishRadar Standard is $99 a month at launch pricing through December 31, 2026. It is $119 after that. It covers 2 stores and 2,000 SKUs. Growth is $199 ($249 after) for 5 stores and 20,000 SKUs. Scale is $499 for 10 stores and 50,000 SKUs. The pricing page lists every tier. Our price follows stores and SKUs, so it does not rise when your revenue does, and a store that doubles its sales keeps the same bill as long as the catalog stays the same size.
What ReplenishRadar does
- We link Shopify and Amazon natively. We plan each SKU's total demand. A product that sells 8 a day on Amazon and 4 on Shopify is planned as 12.
- We sort each SKU by demand pattern: steady, seasonal, patchy or variable. We pick a forecast method that fits. You can see the model and inputs behind each tip.
- We set reorder dates from your supplier lead times and minimums. Draft purchase orders wait for your approval.
- On Growth and up, we create the FBA inbound shipment plan in Amazon through the SP-API. On Standard, we prepare a Send to Amazon upload file.
We do not offer backorder messages, a freight planner or a Klaviyo link.
Where Fabrikatör fits better
- Shopify or Shopify Plus comes first. You want backorders handled inside the planning tool.
- Freight planning belongs next to the forecast.
- Your revenue is under $500K. Unlimited SKUs and users at $79 a month is the draw.
- A guided 30-minute call sounds helpful.
Where ReplenishRadar is the better fit
- Amazon is a live channel, not a maybe. "On request" is not the same as linked on day one.
- Stock goes to FBA. You want the shipment plan built from the reorder choice.
- You want to check the math behind a tip before you place the order.
