Partner Program Terms

The ReplenishRadar Partner Program lets partners promote ReplenishRadar and earn commission on eligible referred customers. These Partner Program Terms apply in addition to the ReplenishRadar Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The program is open to partners based in the United States at this time. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect Express, which collects a W-9 during onboarding, so ReplenishRadar can only make payments to U.S. partners under the current program. Applicants outside the United States are not eligible to participate yet.

Submitting the partner application creates a pending application. A partner link becomes available after approval. Application review decides program eligibility only; commission rates are calculated automatically from retained paid customer count and the activity rules in Section 5.

ReplenishRadar may review partner applications, traffic sources, paid advertising plans, coupon or deal-site usage, referral quality, payout requests, and tax documentation before approving payment.

A referred customer qualifies only when ReplenishRadar can attribute the signup to your partner link or approved partner code and the customer becomes a retained paid customer on an eligible paid plan.

Standard partner-link attribution lasts for 90 days after a visitor uses your partner link, subject to browser, device, cookie, and technical limits. If a visitor clears cookies, uses another browser or device, blocks tracking, or signs up after the 90-day window without using your link again, automatic attribution may not apply.

For this program, retained paid customer means the account is at least 60 days past its first paid invoice on Standard, Growth, or Scale, with no refund, chargeback, dispute, fraud signal, or cancellation that makes the account ineligible.

Lite, free, trial-only, refunded, disputed, self-referred, same-entity, duplicate, test, fraudulent, or previously known sales opportunities are not eligible for commission unless ReplenishRadar approves an exception in writing.

Partners may subscribe to ReplenishRadar for their own business, but their own subscription is treated as a normal customer account. It does not earn partner commission, does not count toward retained customer thresholds, and does not unlock partner tier status. The partner can still earn commission on eligible third-party customers they refer.

ReplenishRadar may provide approved partners with demo access, sample reports, screenshots, or seeded demo data for evaluation, training, and content creation.

Demo access is not a free live subscription. Partners may not use a demo account to run their own business, manage live inventory, serve clients, avoid paying for a subscription, or represent demo data as their own operating data.

Demo access is non-commissionable, does not count as a retained customer, does not count toward tier thresholds, and may be changed or revoked at any time.

Recurring partner commission tiers are 20% for 1-4 retained customers, 30% for 5-9 retained customers, 40% for 10-29 retained customers, and 60% for 30+ retained customers.

Commission tiers are based on retained eligible customers, not clicks, leads, trial starts, gross signups, or accounts that later become ineligible.

These rates are automatic and recurring; no invite-only or discretionary bonus rates apply unless explicitly announced in a written program update.

Premium rates are meant for active partners who continue sending retained customers. ReplenishRadar may reduce or reset tier status if retained customer count falls, referred customers churn, referrals stop, or program rules are violated.

If you add no new retained eligible customer for 90 days, your commission rate may drop by 5 commission points until you add one. If you add no new retained eligible customer for 180 days, your rate may move to a 15% recurring maintenance rate until you add one. These triggers measure new retained eligible customers, not general activity.

Partners must clearly disclose that they may earn commission when promoting ReplenishRadar or sharing a partner link. The disclosure must be easy to notice, understandable, and placed near the recommendation or link.

Examples include: "I may earn commission if you sign up through this link" or "Partner link, I may earn commission." Partners are responsible for following FTC endorsement guidance and any other rules that apply to their channels, audiences, and jurisdictions.

Partners who cannot or will not make clear disclosures are not eligible for payout.

Partners may not self-refer, refer a business they own or control, use spam, buy or bid on ReplenishRadar brand keywords, use coupon or deal sites without approval, misrepresent product functionality, create fake urgency, impersonate ReplenishRadar, send misleading claims, or use deceptive redirects.

Partners may not promise guaranteed results, claim that ReplenishRadar will prevent every stockout, imply endorsement by a marketplace, or make claims about integrations, pricing, refunds, discounts, security, or data use that are not supported by current ReplenishRadar public materials.

Attribution is based on ReplenishRadar tracking systems. Tracking may use partner links, referral codes, cookies, URL parameters, checkout metadata, or manual review when appropriate.

If the same visitor uses multiple partner or referral links before subscribing, ReplenishRadar may use the most recent valid tracked code or another attribution decision supported by available records.

ReplenishRadar may adjust, reverse, delay, or deny commissions for ineligible accounts, duplicate attribution, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, abuse, errors, technical failures, or rule violations.

If multiple partners claim the same customer, ReplenishRadar will make the final attribution decision based on available records.

Commission is payable only after it is earned, validated, and approved. ReplenishRadar may set payout minimums, payout schedules, tax documentation requirements, payment method requirements, and fraud review holds.

Before payment, partners must provide accurate payout profile information and any required tax documentation, including a W-9, which Stripe Connect Express collects during onboarding. ReplenishRadar may delay or deny payment until payout and tax status are verified.

Partners are responsible for taxes, fees, and compliance obligations related to amounts they receive through the program.

Either party may stop participating in the partner program at any time. ReplenishRadar may suspend or terminate a partner account immediately for suspected abuse, fraud, prohibited conduct, legal risk, brand risk, or violation of these terms.

If a partner leaves the program or a partner account is disabled, commission that has already been earned, validated, and approved but not yet paid remains payable for 90 days after the account is disabled, subject to the payout minimum, tax documentation, and verification requirements in Section 9. Commission that has not yet met those requirements within that window, and any balance on an account disabled for fraud, prohibited conduct, or another material violation of these terms, is forfeited.

ReplenishRadar may update these Partner Program Terms, commission rates, thresholds, eligibility rules, or payout rules. Continued participation after an update means the partner accepts the updated terms.
