Amazon Integration

Connect your Amazon Seller Central account to ReplenishRadar through the official Selling Partner API. No screen scraping, no credential sharing. Your FBA inventory, order history, and inbound shipments sync automatically.

Official SP-API, Not a Scraper

I want to be clear about this because the Amazon tools space is full of products that scrape Seller Central. They log into your account, parse HTML, and hope Amazon does not change their page layout. That approach breaks regularly, violates Amazon's Terms of Service, and can get your seller account flagged.

ReplenishRadar connects through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. Amazon built SP-API as the sanctioned way for third-party tools to access seller data. We were built on SP-API from the start -- no legacy MWS migration, no scraping fallbacks, no credential sharing.

How It Works

Connecting takes about three minutes. Here is the full process:

  1. Click "Connect Amazon" in your ReplenishRadar dashboard. We redirect you to Amazon's authorization page in Seller Central.
  2. Approve the permissions ReplenishRadar requests. Amazon shows you exactly what we are asking for. You stay in control.
  3. First sync starts automatically. FBA inventory levels, your order history, and inbound shipment data begin flowing into ReplenishRadar. No CSV uploads, no manual imports.

Amazon's own authorization server handles the credential exchange. We never see your Seller Central password.

What We Sync

Data TypeWhat You Get
FBA InventoryStock levels at every Amazon fulfillment center, broken down by condition
Orders (via SQS)Sales velocity, demand patterns, revenue tracking -- events pushed every 2 minutes
Inbound ShipmentsTrack inventory you have sent to FBA -- status, quantities received, discrepancies
Fee EstimatesStorage and fulfillment cost estimates per ASIN, so you can factor fees into reorder decisions

SQS-Based Order Sync

Most inventory tools poll Amazon's Orders API on a timer. Hit the endpoint, parse the response, wait, repeat. The problem is Amazon rate-limits these calls aggressively, so your data is always stale by the length of your polling interval plus whatever backoff the rate limiter imposes.

We use Amazon's SQS notification system instead. When an order is placed, Amazon pushes a notification to our queue. We consume these events every 2 minutes on all plans. Your sales velocity numbers stay current, and your reorder point calculations use today's data, not yesterday's.

Sync Frequency by Plan

PlanInventory SyncOrders (SQS)
Standard ($99/mo)Every 30 minEvery 2 min
Growth ($199/mo)Every 15 minEvery 2 min
Scale ($499/mo)Every 5 minEvery 2 min
EnterpriseEvery 2 minEvery 2 min

SQS order sync runs every 2 minutes on all plans because it is event-driven -- the cost does not scale with frequency the way polling does. Inventory and inbound data follow your plan's sync interval.

Permissions & Security

I want to be specific here because permissions matter when you are connecting a third-party tool to your Amazon account.

Read Access (always on)

  • FBA inventory quantities and condition
  • Order history and order details
  • Inbound shipment status and tracking
  • Fee estimates per ASIN

Write Access (only when you ask)

  • Creating FBA inbound plans -- this only happens when you click "Create Inbound Plan" in ReplenishRadar. We do not create plans automatically or without your explicit action.

We do not modify your listings. We do not change your prices. We do not alter your FBA settings. Read the data, run the math, give you recommendations. That is the boundary.

OAuth-based authorization -- we never see your Seller Central password
Revoke anytime -- Seller Central > Apps & Services > Manage Your Apps. One click and we lose access immediately.
Amazon Data Protection Policy compliant -- PII from orders is handled per Amazon's requirements. We do not sell your data or share it with other sellers.

Multiple Amazon Accounts

If you run more than one Amazon seller account -- separate accounts for different brands, product lines, or business entities -- connect them all. Each account counts as one store toward your plan limit (Standard supports 2, Growth supports 5, Scale supports 10).

Each account syncs independently. All of them show up in one unified dashboard with combined forecasting across your entire portfolio. No switching between tabs or logging into different tools.
