How It Works
Three steps to connect your Amazon seller account. No API keys to copy, no credentials to manage.
- Authorize via SP-API - click “Connect Amazon” and we redirect you to Amazon's authorization page. You log in with your Seller Central credentials and approve the permissions we request.
- Your FBA data syncs automatically. Inventory levels, inbound shipments, order history, storage metrics, and restock limits start pulling immediately. Most accounts finish their first sync in under 20 minutes.
- FBA-specific forecasts generate within the first hour. Once we have your sales history and FBA inventory data, the forecasting engine runs with FBA lead times and constraints built in.
What We Track
Here is exactly what we pull from your FBA account and what we do with it:
| FBA Data | What We Pull | What We Do With It |
|---|---|---|
| FBA Inventory | Fulfillable, inbound-working, inbound-shipped, inbound-receiving, reserved, unfulfillable quantities | Track your true available stock, calculate days of supply using only fulfillable units |
| Inbound Shipments | Shipment status, shipped quantities, received quantities, discrepancies | Monitor shipments through every stage, flag receiving shortages early |
| Storage Fees | Monthly storage fees, long-term storage fees, fee breakdowns by ASIN | Surface storage cost per unit so you can factor it into reorder decisions |
| IPI Score | Inventory Performance Index score and component metrics | Track IPI trends and alert you when your score approaches the restock limit threshold |
| Restock Limits | Storage-type utilization, maximum shipment quantities | Factor capacity constraints into reorder recommendations so you never exceed your limits |
FBA Intelligence Features
Raw FBA data is useful, but the real value is what we do with it. ReplenishRadar turns your FBA data into specific actions:
- Restock timing: we calculate when to send your next FBA shipment based on your sales velocity, current fulfillable stock, and inbound quantities already in transit
- Transfer quantity calculation: we tell you exactly how many units to send, accounting for your restock limits, storage capacity, and forecasted demand
- Multi-phase lead time tracking: FBA lead times have multiple stages - warehouse prep, shipping to Amazon, check-in, and stow. We track each phase separately so your forecasts reflect the full pipeline
- Shipment tracking: monitor every inbound shipment from creation through receiving. We flag discrepancies between shipped and received quantities so you can file claims quickly
- Storage fee monitoring: see your storage costs per unit and per ASIN. We highlight overstocked ASINs that are burning through your margins in long-term storage fees
Sync Frequency by Plan
FBA data changes throughout the day as shipments arrive, orders ship, and inventory positions update. Your plan determines how often we refresh.
| Plan | Sync Interval | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Standard ( | Every 30 minutes | Sellers with fewer than 1,000 orders/month |
| Growth ( | Every 15 minutes | Growing sellers with active inbound shipments |
| Scale ($499/mo) | Every 5 minutes | High-volume FBA sellers who need near real-time visibility |
| Enterprise (Custom) | Every 2 minutes | Large catalogs with complex FBA operations |
Every sync is incremental. We track cursors and only pull records that changed since the last run. Your account never re-downloads its entire inventory history on every cycle.
All plans also include Instant Refresh. If you need the latest FBA data right now, hit the sync button and we pull immediately.
Permissions & Security
We take a minimal-access approach to your Amazon account. Here is exactly what we request and why.
- Read-only SP-API access: we request roles for FBA inventory, inbound shipments, orders, and product listings. We cannot modify your listings, change prices, create shipments, or alter your account settings.
- Official SP-API authorization: ReplenishRadar is a registered SP-API developer. We follow Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. No screen scraping, no credential storage.
- Revoke anytime: go to Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps. One click removes our access completely.
- Encrypted: your authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. All data transfers happen over TLS. We never store your Amazon password.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the general Amazon integration?
The general Amazon integration page covers our full Amazon connection, including Seller Fulfilled orders and general catalog sync. This page focuses specifically on FBA features: fulfillment center inventory, inbound shipments, storage fees, IPI score, and restock limits.
Does ReplenishRadar handle FBA restock limits?
Yes. We pull your current restock limits by storage type and factor them into every reorder recommendation. If you are approaching your capacity cap, we adjust suggested quantities down so you do not exceed your limits and get shipments rejected.
Can I track inbound shipment discrepancies?
Yes. We compare shipped quantities against received quantities for every inbound shipment. When Amazon receives fewer units than you sent, we flag the discrepancy so you can file a reconciliation request or reimbursement claim promptly.
How do you handle multi-phase FBA lead times?
FBA shipments move through several stages: warehouse prep time, transit to Amazon, check-in queue, and stow time. We track historical durations for each phase and use them to calculate realistic total lead times for your restock forecasts. This is more accurate than using a single flat lead time number.
Does it work with FBA in multiple marketplaces?
Yes. If you sell on Amazon US, CA, UK, or other marketplaces, you can connect each marketplace separately. Each one syncs independently with its own data and forecasts. Your dashboard gives you a unified view across all connected marketplaces.
What about Seller Fulfilled orders?
This page covers FBA-specific features. Seller Fulfilled (FBM) orders are handled through the general Amazon integration. See the Amazon integration page for details on how we handle FBM orders, or connect both and ReplenishRadar gives you the full picture across fulfillment methods.
