How Transfer Suggestions Work

1. We monitor FBA levels - Continuous sync with Amazon shows current FBA stock
2. We calculate sell-through - Based on your Amazon sales velocity
3. We check your warehouse - Only suggest transfers when you have stock to send
4. You get an alert - "Send 50 units of SKU-123 to FBA"

What We Calculate

• Optimal transfer quantity - Based on FBA capacity, sell-through rate, and your lead time to Amazon
• Transfer timing - When to ship so stock arrives before you run out
• Priority ranking - Which SKUs to send first when you can't ship everything

Why This Matters

Sending too much to FBA ties up capital and incurs storage fees. Sending too little means stockouts and lost Buy Box. We find the sweet spot.

Account for inbound delays - Amazon can take weeks to receive and check in shipments. We factor that into suggestions.

Respect restock limits - If Amazon limits how much you can send, we work within those constraints.

Coordinate with supplier orders - If you're waiting on a PO, we know not to suggest transfers you can't fulfill.
