Partner program
Partner FAQ
The common questions, answered. For the full rules, see the Getting Started Guide and the partner terms.
Getting started
Who is eligible to become a partner?
The partner program is open to partners based in the United States at this time. Payouts run through Stripe Connect Express, which collects a W-9 during onboarding, so we can only pay U.S. partners right now. If you are outside the United States, we are not able to accept your application yet.
How do I apply?
Fill out the partner application. It asks who you are, how you reach ecommerce sellers, and how you plan to promote ReplenishRadar. We will review it and email you when your referral link is ready.
Is my application reviewed?
Yes. ReplenishRadar reviews applications to decide program eligibility. Reviewers do not select commission rates: after approval, the system assigns your tier automatically from retained paid customer count and the published activity rules.
Can I use ReplenishRadar for my own business and also refer clients?
Yes. Your own subscription is treated as a normal customer account. It does not earn commission, does not count toward retained customer thresholds, and does not unlock tier status. You can still earn commission on eligible third-party clients you refer.
Tracking and attribution
How does partner attribution work?
When someone clicks your partner link and later signs up, ReplenishRadar attributes that signup to you automatically. Attribution lasts 90 days from the link click, subject to browser cookies, device tracking, and technical limits. A fresh click refreshes the window.
What happens if a visitor clears their cookies?
If a visitor clears cookies, uses a different browser or device, or signs up more than 90 days after clicking your link without using it again, automatic attribution may not apply.
What if two partners refer the same customer?
ReplenishRadar makes the final attribution decision based on available records, typically the most recent valid tracked link.
Commissions and tiers
When does a referral earn commission?
A referred customer must become a retained paid customer: at least 60 days past their first paid invoice on Standard, Growth, or Scale, with no refund, chargeback, dispute, or cancellation.
What counts toward my tier?
Retained paid customers, not clicks, trial signups, or Lite plan customers. Tiers advance when your count of retained customers crosses the thresholds. See current tier rates and thresholds on the partner program page.
Do Lite plan referrals earn commission?
No. Lite, free, trial-only, and refunded accounts are not eligible for commission.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is payable after it is earned, validated, and approved. ReplenishRadar pays approved commission through Stripe Connect Express once your available balance reaches the $50 payout minimum.
You must provide accurate payout profile information and complete Stripe Connect onboarding before payment can be released. U.S. partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year must have a valid W-9 on file before payout.
What happens if I go inactive?
Partners with no new retained customer for 90 days may lose 5 commission points until they add one. Partners dormant for 180 days may move to a 15% recurring maintenance rate until they reactivate with a new retained customer.
Demo access
Can I get access to ReplenishRadar to create content or train clients?
Yes. The public demo is open to everyone for content creation, training, and screenshots at the live demo. Demo access is not a free live subscription and cannot be used to manage live inventory or serve clients. Demo accounts do not earn commission and do not count toward tier thresholds.
Do I need to disclose that data in content is from a demo?
Yes. You must not represent demo data as your own live operating data.
Disclosures and compliance
Do I need to disclose my partner relationship?
Yes. Per the Partner Program Terms (section 6), you must clearly disclose that you may earn commission when promoting ReplenishRadar or sharing your partner link. The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed near the recommendation or link.
What counts as a valid disclosure?
Examples that work:
- "I may earn commission if you sign up through this link."
- "Partner link - I may earn a referral fee."
- "Disclosure: I’m a ReplenishRadar partner and may earn commission."
What can’t I say or do?
Per the terms (section 7, prohibited conduct), partners may not:
- Self-refer or refer a business they own or control
- Use spam, buy ReplenishRadar brand keywords, or use coupon/deal sites without approval
- Misrepresent product functionality or make unsupported claims
- Promise guaranteed results or claim ReplenishRadar will prevent every stockout
- Imply marketplace endorsement, create fake urgency, or impersonate ReplenishRadar
