Partner program

Getting Started Guide

This is the practical version. Apply, get your link, share it with sellers, and earn commission when referred customers stick around. The whole program is automated. No sales calls, no co-branded decks, no account manager. Below is everything you need to know to get started and stay in good standing.

1

Apply

Go to the partner application page and fill out the form. It asks who you are and how you reach sellers, and confirms your paid-ad and coupon-site disclosures. Be specific about your audience and your primary channel. Sharing a detailed promotion plan is optional at this step; you can add it after you are approved.

ReplenishRadar reviews applications, traffic sources, and referral quality to decide program eligibility. Reviewers do not select commission rates: after approval, the system assigns your tier automatically from retained paid customer count and the published activity rules.

2

Get your link

After your application is approved, your dashboard provides a unique partner link. This is the URL you share with sellers. When someone clicks it and later signs up for ReplenishRadar, the system attributes that signup to you.

Your link includes a partner code that gets stored in a cookie on the visitor’s browser. The standard attribution window is 90 days from the click, subject to browser, device, and cookie limits. If a visitor clears cookies, switches browsers, or blocks tracking, automatic attribution may not apply.

3

Share it

Put your partner link wherever you talk to ecommerce sellers. Blog posts, newsletters, YouTube descriptions, LinkedIn posts, client recommendations, community replies. The link sends sellers to a free Inventory Health Report. No credit card required on their end. The product handles the conversion from there.

You are not expected to do onboarding calls, product demos, or client setup. There is no co-branding or white-glove component. Your job is to send the right people to the right link. ReplenishRadar does the rest.

4

Track your progress

Your partner dashboard shows how many people clicked your link, how many signed up, and how many became retained paid customers. You can see your current tier, your payout balance, and your referral history.

Commission becomes payable after a referred customer becomes retained. That is the key milestone, not the signup, not the trial start, and not the first invoice. See the section below on what "retained" means.

How tiers work

Commission rates are tied to how many retained customers you have referred. Tiers are based on retained eligible customers, not clicks, trials, or gross signups. The partner program page shows current rates and thresholds. Rates may change, so always check that page for the latest numbers.

As you refer more retained customers, your rate increases automatically. If your retained count drops (customers churn or become ineligible), your tier may be adjusted. Premium rates are meant for partners who keep sending customers that stay active.

Partners inactive for 90 days may lose 5 commission points until they add a new retained customer. Partners dormant for 180 days may drop to a 15% recurring maintenance rate until reactivated. Full details are in section 5 of the partner terms.

What “retained customer” means

A retained customer is someone who signed up through your partner link and has been on a paid plan (Standard, Growth, or Scale) for at least 60 days past their first paid invoice. No refund, no chargeback, no dispute, no cancellation that makes the account ineligible.

Trial-only accounts, free accounts, Lite plans, refunded accounts, self-referrals, same-entity referrals, and test accounts do not count.

If you use ReplenishRadar for your own business, that subscription is treated as a normal customer account. It does not earn commission and does not count toward your tier thresholds. You can still earn commission on eligible third-party referrals.

Attribution window

When someone clicks your partner link, ReplenishRadar stores a tracking cookie. If that person signs up within 90 days, the signup is attributed to you. The 90-day window depends on cookies and tracking being available. If the visitor clears cookies, switches to a different browser or device, or blocks tracking, automatic attribution may not apply.

If multiple partners send the same visitor, ReplenishRadar may use the most recent valid tracked code. ReplenishRadar makes the final attribution decision based on available records.

Disclosure: you must tell people

Every time you share your partner link or recommend ReplenishRadar, you must clearly disclose that you may earn commission. The disclosure needs to be easy to notice, understandable, and placed near the recommendation or link. Not buried in a footer. Not hidden behind a click.

Example disclosures

  • “I may earn commission if you sign up through this link.”
  • “Partner link, I may earn commission.”
  • “Disclosure: this is an affiliate link.”

You are responsible for following FTC endorsement guidance and any other rules that apply in your channels, audiences, and jurisdictions. Partners who cannot or will not make clear disclosures are not eligible for payout. Full requirements are in section 6 of the partner terms.

What you cannot do

The short version: be honest, do not spam, and do not make claims you cannot back up. Here is the specific list from section 7 of the partner terms:

  • No self-referrals. You cannot refer yourself or a business you own or control.
  • No spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages to promote your link.
  • No brand keyword bidding. Do not buy ads on “ReplenishRadar” or related brand terms.
  • No coupon or deal sites without prior written approval.
  • No misrepresentation. Do not claim features that do not exist, do not impersonate ReplenishRadar, and do not imply endorsement by Amazon, Shopify, or any marketplace.
  • No fake urgency. Do not create artificial deadlines, false scarcity, or countdown timers that are not real.
  • No guaranteed results. Do not promise that ReplenishRadar will prevent every stockout or guarantee specific outcomes. Stick to what the product actually does.

Violating these rules can result in immediate suspension. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask [email protected] before doing it.

Demo access

The public demo includes sample data for evaluation, training, and content creation. You can use it to take screenshots, record walkthroughs, and learn how the product works before recommending it to clients.

Demo access is not a free subscription. You cannot use it to run your own business, manage live inventory, serve clients, or represent demo data as your own operating data. Demo accounts are non-commissionable, do not count as retained customers, and can be revoked at any time.

If you want to use ReplenishRadar for your own stores, subscribe to a paid plan like any other customer.
