Partner program
Creator Kit
For YouTube, podcast, course, newsletter, and community partners whose audience is ecommerce sellers and operators. Scripts below are starting points, not reads. Rewrite them in your own voice, because your audience can tell.
Record against the live demo
You do not need an account, an invite, or your own store to make a video. There is a public demo store open to anyone, seeded with a full catalog and a synthetic sales history, and you can screen-record it freely.
Open the demo store
It signs you straight into a demo organization with no signup step. Walk the replenishment view, the reorder suggestions, and the transfers view. That footage is the most useful thing you can put in a video, and it is better than any screenshot we could send you.
Before you hit record: the demo is read-only.
Browsing, filtering, and opening any view works normally, and purchase-order preview works. Anything that would actually save changes is blocked and returns an error, so do not plan a shot around creating a PO, editing an item, or completing a transfer. Narrate those as “this is where you would do X” rather than clicking through them live.
One rule that matters: the numbers in the demo are seeded sample data, not a real store’s results. Show it as the product working, never as proof of what a specific seller earned, and never imply the figures are yours or a client’s.
Hooks
Openers that lead with the problem rather than the product. Use one, then get to the free report quickly.
- The reason your best product keeps selling out is not demand. It is that nobody told you while there was still time to reorder.
- Most sellers find out they have a stockout problem the day the listing goes quiet. By then the decision that would have fixed it was weeks ago.
- Your inventory spreadsheet was accurate the day you built it. Here is what it looks like now.
- Dead stock is just a stockout you got wrong in the other direction, and it costs more because it is sitting there.
- If you sell on both Amazon and Shopify, you probably have two versions of the truth about your own inventory.
Scripts
Bracketed lines are direction, not dialogue. Cut anything that does not sound like you, and keep the disclosure.
Short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
About 45 to 60 seconds
Put the on-screen disclosure up in the first two seconds and keep it visible. A spoken disclosure alone is not enough on short-form, where people watch muted.
[ON SCREEN, FROM SECOND ONE: "Paid partnership" or "#ad"] Your best-selling product keeps going out of stock, and you keep finding out on the day it happens. That is not a demand problem. That is a timing problem. [SCREEN RECORDING: replenishment dashboard] This is a free inventory health report. You connect your store, it reads your actual sales history, and it grades you on which products are heading for a stockout. [SCREEN RECORDING: urgency table] It also shows you the other side of it: the stock that is overordered and just sitting on your cash. No credit card to run the free report. Link is in my [bio/description]. I may earn a commission if you sign up. Go look at your top five SKUs. I would bet at least one of them is already in trouble.
Integrated segment inside a longer video
About 2 to 3 minutes
Say the disclosure out loud before the segment starts, and keep an on-screen tag up for its duration. Do not bury it in the description only.
Quick heads up before this next bit: ReplenishRadar is a partner, and I may earn a commission if you use my link. I am covering it because [the inventory problem is genuinely what I keep hearing about / I use it on my own store]. So let us talk about the thing nobody makes content about, which is knowing what to reorder and when. Here is the situation most of you are in. You have got a spreadsheet. It was right when you built it. Then a supplier lead time moved, one product took off, another one died, and now the spreadsheet is a historical document. [SCREEN RECORDING: unified inventory view] What the paid product does is connect to Amazon and Shopify and keep that math live. Sales velocity per SKU, per channel. So instead of you rebuilding the model every month, it just stays current. [SCREEN RECORDING: reorder suggestions] The part I would actually use is the reorder side. It factors in your lead times, your supplier schedules, safety stock, and minimum order quantities, then tells you what to order and by when. [SCREEN RECORDING: transfers view, if FBA-relevant to your audience] And if you are FBA, it handles the send-to-Amazon question separately, because how much to ship in is a different question from how much to buy. The free entry point is a Shopify Inventory Health Report. You connect Shopify in about five minutes, no card asked for, and get a graded view of where your risk is once it finishes scanning the catalog - usually a few hours, not five minutes. Link is in the description. Again, that is a partner link and I may earn a commission. Anyway. Back to [topic].
Dedicated walkthrough or review video
Outline, typically 8 to 15 minutes
A dedicated video needs your own hands-on footage. Record against the live demo store (no signup, link above) so you are working with a real interface rather than stills, and disclose in the first thirty seconds as well as in the description.
1. COLD OPEN (0:00 to 0:30) Open on the problem, not the product. A stockout story from your own selling or from your audience. State the partnership disclosure here, out loud. 2. WHO THIS IS FOR (0:30 to 1:30) Be honest about fit. Sellers with real SKU counts who reorder physical product. Say plainly who should skip this. Audiences trust the exclusion more than the pitch. 3. THE FREE REPORT (1:30 to 4:00) Screen-record the connect flow and the report output. This is the part your audience will actually act on, so give it room. Show the grading, the urgency table, and the overstock view. 4. WHAT IT DOES DAY TO DAY (4:00 to 9:00) Walk the core surfaces in the order a seller would hit them: unified inventory view, demand forecasting, reorder suggestions, purchase orders. If your audience is FBA-heavy, spend the time on transfers instead of POs. Remember the demo is read-only: show the PO preview, then describe the save step rather than clicking it. 5. HONEST LIMITATIONS (9:00 to 11:00) Do not skip this. Say what it does not do, where it needs clean data, and who would find it overkill. A review with no criticism reads as an ad, and your audience will discount everything before it. 6. PRICING AND HOW TO TRY IT (11:00 to 13:00) Point at the public pricing page rather than quoting numbers that may change. Emphasize that the free report does not need a card. 7. CLOSE Repeat the disclosure. Link in description and pinned comment.
Podcast host-read, 60 seconds
About 60 seconds
Read the disclosure as part of the spot. Do not rely on a generic sponsor notice at the top of the episode.
This episode is supported by ReplenishRadar, and I may earn a commission if you use my link. Here is why I took the read. Everybody selling physical product hits the same wall, which is that inventory planning is simple math nobody has time to keep current. You build the spreadsheet, and six weeks later a lead time has moved and it is quietly wrong. ReplenishRadar's paid product connects to Amazon and Shopify and keeps that math live off your real sales data. What is going to stock out and when. What to reorder and how much. What is overordered and sitting on cash you could be using. They have got a free Shopify Inventory Health Report, no credit card, about five minutes to connect. It grades your Shopify catalog and shows you the SKUs at risk once it finishes, usually a few hours later. Go to [your partner link] and run it against your own catalog. If it finds nothing, you have lost a few minutes connecting. If it finds something, you found it early, which is the entire point.
Podcast host-read, 30 seconds
About 30 seconds
The short version still carries the disclosure. There is no runtime at which it becomes optional.
Supported by ReplenishRadar, and yes, I may earn a commission if you use my link. If you sell physical product, you already know inventory planning is the thing that slips. ReplenishRadar tells you what is heading for a stockout, what to reorder, and what is overordered across supported channels. Free Shopify Inventory Health Report, no credit card, about five minutes to connect: [your partner link].
Newsletter blurb
About 120 words
Put the disclosure next to the link, not in the footer. A disclosure your reader has to scroll to find is not clear and conspicuous.
A tool worth five minutes of your Saturday Most inventory problems are visible weeks before they hurt. The trouble is that seeing them means keeping a model current that nobody has time to keep current. ReplenishRadar's paid product connects to Amazon and Shopify and does that part for you: sales velocity per SKU, stockout risk before it costs you the sale, overstock that is tying up cash, and reorder timing that accounts for your actual supplier lead times. The entry point is a free Shopify Inventory Health Report. No credit card, roughly five minutes to connect Shopify, and it grades your catalog so you can see where the risk actually sits. Run it against your own catalog here: [your partner link] (Partner link. I may earn a commission if you subscribe.)
What you can put on screen
Approved screenshots are in the brand kit. The rules that matter:
- Use footage from the public demo store or the approved screenshots from the brand kit. Nothing else.
- Never show another business’s live data, including a client’s account, even blurred.
- If you are showing demo or seeded data, do not present it as your own operating results.
- Do not crop or annotate a screenshot in a way that changes what the product appears to do.
- The demo store is open to everyone, so you never need to wait on us to start recording.
What you cannot claim
Per the Partner Program Terms, section 7:
- Claims about integrations, pricing, refunds, discounts, security, or data use that are not on current ReplenishRadar public pages.
- Claims that ReplenishRadar will prevent every stockout or guarantee a specific result.
- Implied endorsement by Amazon, Shopify, or any marketplace.
- Fake urgency, for example telling viewers to sign up before a price rise that is not announced.
- Invented statistics. If you want to cite a number, cite one that is on a ReplenishRadar public page.
A critical review is fine and usually converts better. An inaccurate one is a terms problem. If you are not sure a claim is supported, leave it out or ask us first.
Getting credited
Attribution runs on your partner link, so the link needs to be somewhere a viewer will actually reach for it. Put it in the description and the pinned comment, and say out loud where it is. On podcasts, put it in the show notes and read it slowly enough to be typed.
Full detail on the attribution window and what counts as a retained customer is in the getting started guide.
