Most inventory tools show you a dashboard and hope you notice the problems. ReplenishRadar tells you exactly what needs attention, when, and what to do about it.
How It Works
The Action Center groups alerts by when you need to act, not when they were generated. If your supplier order day is Monday, your reorder alerts appear in Monday's group. If your FBA restock window is the 15th, those suggestions land there.
You open the Action Center, review what is grouped for today, take action, and move on.
Alert Types
Stockout warnings. A SKU is projected to run out before your next order window. You see how many days of stock remain, what the suggested reorder quantity is, and which supplier to contact.
Overstock flags. A SKU has more than 90 days of cover. Capital is tied up. Consider pausing future orders or running a promotion.
Sync issues. A store connection failed or data is stale. You know before it affects your forecasts.
Forecast anomalies. Demand changed significantly for a SKU. The forecast adjusted, but you should review whether the change is real (seasonal shift) or temporary (one-time bulk order).
Discrepancy alerts. Amazon shorted your FBA shipment. File a claim before the window closes.
Alert Management
- Acknowledge alerts you have seen and handled
- Snooze alerts that can wait (set a reminder for later)
- Dismiss alerts that are not relevant
Alerts are suppressed automatically when your data is stale. If a sync has not run in 2x the expected interval, ReplenishRadar shows a degraded-data banner instead of generating alerts from outdated numbers. You never get false alarms from stale data.

The Action Center is available on every plan, including Standard. Higher tiers get more alert types (FBA discrepancy alerts require Growth+).
