Know What Is Coming and When It Arrives

You ordered 500 units from your supplier two weeks ago. Did they ship? When will they arrive? Did everything show up?

The Receiving dashboard answers these questions for every inbound shipment, whether it is a purchase order from a supplier or an FBA shipment to Amazon.

What You See

Expected arrivals. Every open PO and FBA shipment with expected delivery dates, quantities, and current status.

Overdue shipments. Anything past its expected arrival date is flagged. You know immediately when a supplier is late or an FBA shipment is stuck in receiving.

Recent receipts. A log of everything you have received, with quantities, dates, and any discrepancies noted.

Receiving Workflow

When inventory arrives:

1. Open the receive drawer for the PO or shipment
2. Confirm quantities per item (good, damaged, QC hold)
3. Submit. Inventory levels update across all channels automatically.

No manual stock adjustments. No spreadsheet updates. Receive the shipment and your on-hand quantities are current everywhere.

Ties Everything Together

Receiving is where purchase orders and FBA shipments complete their lifecycle:

• A purchase order moves from draft to approved to shipped to received
• An FBA shipment moves from created to shipped to checked in to received
• Both update your inventory position the moment you confirm receipt

In-transit inventory is tracked separately so your available-to-sell numbers stay accurate while shipments are on the water.
