Supplier Scorecard
Track supplier delivery performance against stated lead times. Surface reliability issues before they cascade into stockouts across your catalog.

Track Supplier Reliability Before It Costs You
Your reorder points are only as good as your lead times. And your lead times are only as good as your supplier's ability to deliver on schedule.
Most sellers set a supplier lead time once -- maybe when they first onboarded the vendor -- and never revisit it. The supplier says 30 days, you enter 30 days, and your entire replenishment engine plans around that number.
But what if the real lead time is 45 days?
Every SKU from that supplier now has a reorder point that's 15 days too late. You think you have two more weeks of coverage. You don't. By the time your PO arrives, you've been out of stock for a week.
The Scale of the Problem
A single supplier often feeds dozens or hundreds of SKUs. When that supplier's real lead time drifts from their stated lead time, the impact multiplies across your entire catalog.
I have seen sellers with 200 SKUs from one vendor discover that the vendor's actual average delivery time was 40 days, not the 25 they had configured. That's 200 SKUs with wrong reorder points. 200 SKUs with safety stock calculated against a number that hasn't been true in six months.
The worst part is that this usually surfaces as a stockout on your best-selling product -- the one SKU where you can least afford to be wrong.
What ReplenishRadar Tracks
Delivery performance -- For every supplier, we compare when POs were expected to arrive versus when they actually arrived. Not just on average, but per order. You can see whether a supplier is consistently late, occasionally late, or getting worse over time.
Risk badges -- Suppliers who consistently miss their lead times get flagged. When you're creating a PO, you can see at a glance whether this vendor tends to deliver on time or whether you should add buffer days.
Lead time drift -- If a supplier's actual delivery times are trending away from their configured lead time, we surface that. A supplier who delivered in 30 days six months ago but averages 38 days now is a problem you want to catch before it causes a stockout.
Cascade warnings -- When you update a supplier's lead time in ReplenishRadar, we show you what changes downstream. If you adjust a lead time from 30 to 40 days, we tell you how many SKUs are affected, how their reorder points shift, and whether any of them are now at risk of stocking out before the next order arrives.
Why This Beats Gut Feel
Most sellers have a general sense of which suppliers are reliable. But "general sense" doesn't catch gradual drift. A supplier who was great two years ago might be slipping, and you won't notice until the stockout hits.
Numbers cut through gut feel. When you can see that Supplier A delivers within 3 days of their stated lead time 90% of the time, and Supplier B is late by more than a week on 40% of orders, your ordering decisions change. You add buffer to Supplier B. You might start looking for a backup vendor. You definitely stop planning as if they're going to deliver on the date they promised.
How It Fits Into Your Workflow
Supplier scorecards feed directly into ReplenishRadar's replenishment engine. When we generate PO suggestions, we factor in actual supplier performance -- not just the configured lead time. When we calculate safety stock, we account for delivery variability.
You don't have to manually adjust lead times every time a supplier is late. The scorecard tracks it, and the planning engine uses that data.
